1. About these terms
This website is operated by bottledlove, trading as bottledlove.
These terms govern your use of our store and purchases from us. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Eligibility and customer information
To place an order, you must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement or have appropriate authorization from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
3. Products and descriptions
We aim to describe our products accurately. Screen settings and photography may cause minor differences in displayed colors. This does not excuse material differences between a product and its description.
Our recordable bottle allows messages of up to 20 seconds. Follow the instructions supplied with your product for recording and playback. Do not rely on the bottle as the only copy of an irreplaceable recording; keep a separate copy on another device where possible.
4. Orders and payment
Prices, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes collected by us are displayed before you complete checkout. Payment must be authorized before we process your order.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, an order appears fraudulent, or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any applicable shipping charges.
5. Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Follow the product's instructions and any safety warnings. Adults should supervise children when using the product and keep small parts out of their reach. Stop using a damaged product and contact us for assistance.
Only record content you have the right to record and use. Obtain permission where required before recording another person. Do not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

Our original website content, branding, and designs, and material licensed to us, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for personal shopping purposes. Any other use must respect the rights of the relevant owner and any exceptions permitted by law.
